At Outsunny, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor living purchase. If your new garden furniture or equipment isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization.
Pack with Care
Ensure the product is disassembled and placed back into its original packaging with all hardware, cushions, and instruction manuals included.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
